Summary

During my career, I have worked on many different mandates for major accounts, such as Bell Canada, Ikea, TD Insurance, General Motors, Alstom, Desjardins, Bombardier... As a senior web analyst, I have directed implementations of web analytics tools and analyzed performance on hundreds of websites of various types: e-commerce, customer support, lead generation, corporate... I'm familiar with most of the major tools available in the market, including Omniture SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, WebTrends Analytics, Coremetrics or Unica NetInsight. I believe in the power of effective data communication and visualization and have developed an advanced skill set to deliver custom dashboards and recommendations to customers. Graduated from HEC Montréal, I have a master degree in e-marketing, received with awards. My research in recommender systems and personalization have led me to publish a paper in the International Conference on E-Business Engineering, 2005. My academic curriculum and professional experience gave me a multidisciplinary profile that is very valuable in web marketing, especially in web analytics.
